Tim Batdorf
Tim Batdorf has dedicated his career to helping others through counseling, advocacy, and education. Since beginning his counseling career in 2008, he has worked with at-risk youth, families, and individuals facing some of life's most difficult challenges. Over the years, he has helped more than 1,000 people build healthier, more productive lives while advocating for children and families involved in the court system.
Tim earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2008, a Master of Science in Psychology from Kaplan University in 2013, and a Master of Humanities in Creative Writing from Tiffin University in 2026. His education and professional experience have given him a unique understanding of human behavior, resilience, and the complexities of the human condition.
Before entering the counseling profession, Tim graduated from the police academy in 1994. His commitment to serving others and strengthening the communities where he has lived and worked has remained a constant throughout his life. His experience working with families, children, and the legal system has shaped both his professional career and his writing.
As an author, Tim combines his background in psychology with his passion for storytelling to create compelling fiction that explores fear, human nature, and the choices people make under extraordinary circumstances. His novels are driven by authentic characters, psychological depth, and suspense, inviting readers into stories that linger long after the final page.
